It's that time of the year again!
STGCC has made headlines again on fb.
once again, it will be held at MBS...
which i certainly remember, it was not a great place to be there.....
that is if you are HUNGRY
because it's so hard to find FOOD there...
oh, but it's held quite early, so i'm hoping AFA 2013 can be pushed forward a little?
or maybe they shall just have it in November all the same?
on the topic of food, i wish to try these some day:

they are so enticing, the more you look, the more your mouth waters.
i went to check out Danny Choo's blog and he made Mirai into a doll!
Mirai Suenaga is his original character created, and he is so lucky to have alot of other famous mangakas to do their illustraions of Mirai-chan.

oh, but there are some ecchi inside, so i guess the hentais out there are happy enough.
speaking of which, i have not gone to check out the BJD websites in a very long time.
i first knew about such dolls around 2007~
there is a growing fan base of doll collectors in SG too.
i remember seeing it at previous years AFA...
BJD are tall... not your average barbie doll size type of dolls.
and they have such a human-like features, they almost come to life at times.
especially when you look at the photos of the dolls online.
(i sound like an otaku.. lol.. what?)
and most of the manufacturers of BJD are from Korea?

its like the photographer really put in all his/her effort to take the shots and make them really attractive.
a good photo can sell the doll, Marketing 101!

the white hair doll reminds me of Yoo Seung Ho as the Jade Emperor in Arang & the Magistrate.
