here i am again!!!
HELLO NETIZENS!
i'm back with another post, this time EXTRA LONG POST!
full of mvs
i was randomly searching for sekai no owari mv to watch yesterday and ended up clicking on another mv
Owari no Sekai Kara
just because... there are the words Owari and Sekai inside...
these are totally different artistes!
but this song is quite good...
isn't their name nice? chouchou merged syrups
very hard to find bands that have female vocals...
but in the indie scene in Japan it has quite a growing number...
:)
People in the box - kikyu (balloon)
the art is cool!
maybe i have mentioned them before a couple of years ago?
they were indie kind of band last time...
this mv may be a little depressing...
but the bass line is aweosome!
i've listened to their previous album before and their songs are usually heavy with the guitars especially the bass... so they give off a rather dark and emo vibe...
if this is not your kind of thing... stay tuned... i have other bands lined up here
the mv has this 90s feel...
i don't know how to classify this type of song...
i want to put it into rap/pop?! but they aren't exactly rapping.. its more of speaking very long dialogues in a fast manner
but the background music draws you in.
kind of interesting and different from the usual form of music.
if you want some old school japanese rock... here's the BLOODTHIRSTY BUTCHERS
don't they have the punk rock sound...
if not here's another band, SUPER CAR
I love the way they write their name in japanese
literally SU PA KA (SUPER CAR)
haha...
omoide in my head - NUMBER GIRL
the band is NUMBER GIRL
the intro is pretty long!~
the guitar is just awesome...
how is it that some bands like to capitalize their names...
itsue - kotoba wa uso wo tsuku
another female vocal... if there is too much testosterone in this rock music industry..
the band here is called kyojaku
i won't forget visual as well
but i can say this is more of a gothic looking and electro-rock sound?
VELVET EDEN - one caress
were you surprised to hear a man's voice?
haha...
this is considered normal when it concerns the Japanese..
aquarifa - sneer
if the previous band is too much, then maybe this group?
i think this post has gathered quite a number of bands with the front man (lead vocal) being a female?
パフピエ
the pronounciation for this band's name is PA FU PI E
I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT MEANS!~
but isn't her voice kawaii?
haha... i think people who listen to more hatsune miku and vocaloid songs would like this kind of sound
the title of this song is cinema! hence so many movies inside!!~
HARVARD - catch me if you can
wondering why their name?
did they graduate from the University? or they like the name?
:P
UNCHAIN - telescope tripper
WHITE ASH - Orchid
so... that's it for today!!!
