it's a thought that has recently resurfaced to my mind and that is the fear of being disliked by others.
a quick google search has brought me to the wiki page on Avoidant personality disorder
after a read through of it i can relate to some of the examples mentioned.
i think a good way of coping would to take up physical activities, mentioned in the page, Avoidance coping
no wonder i feel much better after taking walks, doesn't matter where but as long as i get to walk a distance and not think about anything
