so glad that Oceanlane is on spotify.

still remember the time when they were heavily listened by me during school days.

they are one of my fave japanese bands that sang English songs.

coldrain is going to be my second fave, although in general their image is very heavy and moody.

Oceanlane is slightly lighter, they do have songs that are lyrically dark too.

realised i haven't bought any albums recently, just haven't found anything new that i really like.

but i don't mind listening to old songs, so much memories to relieve.

Six Feet Under sounds like a typical very emo, angsty song, but the lyrics are meaningful. Basically the person is almost on the verge of giving up because of all the thoughts that others words or his own have troubled him. confused and waiting for someone to show him the truth. It's like the song is directed to me, i also feel six feet under at times; trapped under all the shallow thoughts.

The Future is a sweet song, i think it was dedicated to the friends and people who have encouraged him that helped made him to who he is now. Aside the sentimental part, the chorus also reminds us that we are responsible for our own future, so we should always have goals.
