this was released quite early but i just found the video.
gothic horror theme.

there are lots of hand actions.. haha..

the song is ok so far, hard to tell from the pv.

ohh.. and i also watched some other VK pvs... but i'm lazy to put it here.
from lj i read about Royz so i went to hear their songs.
the vocal is quite normal, not like other VK vocals.. eg. Mao's voice.
haha..


And! GD is releasing his ONE OF A KIND mv tomorrow!
haha... it sounds good but his hairrr..

and his birthday was last weekend too~!

jang geun suk fan-meet 2011

so, i shall start my post today about yesterday night.

i met with Kim. J at 4pm and we went to Marina Square straight.

we reached there at about 4.50pm, there were loads of people there already.

people were seating all along the sides on the 3rd level..

so empty... only the first row of the barricaded area was filled.

we went for dinner at Burger King since Pizza Hut had a freaking long Q outside.
sadly, we so wanted to eat the Ocean Catch pizza. :(

ah well...
we shall eat that when we meet up again! :D

and the service was super slow at B.K...
J had to wait close to 30mins for the burger..
guess there was a problem with human resources in the kitchen and communication problems...
yadada... :(

righty, so after we finished we headed back to the scene...
it was... chaotic..
at least that was what i felt...

we went to the 3rd level to stand...
this was when it was 5.57pm...
more people at the stands..

people trickling in...
the wait was seriously l-o-n-g..
so we decided to sit for awhile.

luckily we had the privilege of seeing some interesting people there..

like this girl dressed up in a pink babydoll lolita dress...
i never thought i would able to see something like that in SG...
i was proved wrong. :)
that's a relief at least i don't have to go down all the way to Harajuku or Shibuya to see this.

she really stood out from the crowd.
people were looking at her when she made her way weaving through the barricades..

she walked really fast, thus the blurry pictures..

i saw this hand-made sign in korean..
but i don't know what it says..

lol.. me only knows Japanese..

i liked her dress actually..
not sure if she was a Japanese..
but she didn't look like a Singaporean too..

 
we also saw a group of women dressed in the traditional kimono..
or rather the yukata..
the summer version, coz SG weather is too hot for the kimono..
many eyes were on them too..

look at the crowd on the balcony and the atrium area..
this is the typical Singaporean..
kiasu.. like to come early and chope place..
kay-po.. like to see see.. what's the fuss about..

i'm the kiasu one.. :)

there were many international fans there..
from Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Taiwan... etc..
Singaporeans made up the rest, of course.. lol..

i wasn't quite sure who the emcee was, but i think he was from 100.3fm?!
everytime he came up on stage, people will start screaming..
but it's still TOO EARLY for the main star to arrive..

i like their obi alot..
the colours are so bright and colourful...

righty then...
JANG GEUN SUK finally appears..
at 7.20pm..
20mins late, but i guess it was forgivable...
he's so smiley!!

the emcee told geun suk that the fans had prepared a surprise for him..
and a girl came up to give him a cake..

then they started playing his song, Just Drag... and the fans started dancing..

he just looked at them and followed them whenever they did the hand actions during the chorus..
lol.. he was so cute...

and then the moment they held up the vegetables, i think it was a lettuce..
he went: " What is that?"
lols!!

pleasantly surprised, after the dance item from the fans he went down to the audience and took a lettuce..
the girls were screaming with joy~

haha.. he looked so happy that he was given the lettuce and waved it excitedly to the fans..

he was handed a big book full of  post-it messages written by the fans..

the media and photographers taking pictures of him..

he was very touched by the surprises..

after that, he went backstage to take a break before returning back for the handshake and autograph session.

he returns up on stage..
stupid blurry pictures.. :(

i think that guy in white with the grey outer is his manager..

he was posing for the fans in front...

after the fans started going up, we couldn't see a thing..
so we decided to break away from the crowd and go to the restroom...

we went to buy bubble tea...
we walked around the mall just to search for Each-A-Cup...
lol.. we were lost for awhile..

when we came back to the atrium, we took the last few pictures..
we were a little closer to the stage, so i could see his face a little more clearer..

haha.. and that was my reflection of how my yesterday went..

i hope to see more stars in SG soon this year..

will be going to watch RIO tomorrow.

i just realized that Jang Geun Suk has an affinity with music..
from Beethoven Virus to He's Beautiful to Mary Stayed Out All Night
the dramas are all doing with music..

the first drama that i watched with him acting a minor part was the drama, Hwang Jin Yi
that somehow or rather had to do with music too..
i didn't watch Beethoven Virus but i read the summary of it..
his character was playing the trumpet..

He then went on to play the lead vocal of a band in the hit drama, He's Beautiful
the characters he play have pretty hard names to remember..
i guess i'm not used to Korean as to Japanese.. :(

I find most of the cast in this series pretty believable..
i like the sets in the drama..
JGS acts his character really well..

the most important thing for a singer is the voice.
because that will win the hearts of all the fans.
vocals are called that because their voice can warm the souls of all who listen to their songs..
