wanted to add a few more links to other artists that i like.
in relation to my previous post of Doujin groups.
honestly, i think there are still many groups that will be selling their stuff on the days of AFA. a hundred tables set up just for fan art... i hope to have enough time to look at the stuff.
really hope to not be overwhelmed cause i can already foresee that it will attract alot of buzz this year.
KotatsuCats has cool illustrations that are in print form.
quite a number of artists do fanart from video games, sadly i don't play that many but i really like the art style and would encourage others who do play the games and are fans to support the art!
The artists at KAMCAO have wide range of merch and i like their art styles too! Previously got the Gangsta phone wipers from them!
have bought a few prints from DatWorks the last time as well. really like the Psycho Pass ones.
another artist that has pretty art is Mints , though i don't think i've bought anything yet i do like the art style. the color palette she uses for each art is really nice. i think her group name is Citru5
Dark's art is really cute too, though i don't play TouRanbu the fanbook is so cute
her art is cute too, and damn talented... might want to check out the prints that she has...
since i started watching Himouto! Umaru-chan i may get some merch from the show.
Aoi has cute Umaru-chan merch
Parfait sugar has gintama merch and i got a justaway keychain previously!
additional: jellyfishcakes is based overseas but her art is so gorgeous too! really like the gravity falls and adventure time jake ones.
there are probably a whole lot more of artists that i'm missing out since all i could get were links on facebook so i will probably just be surprised when i go check out AFA anyways
i think each year will come with a new slew of fan merch and i do say i'm looking forward to what comes next year just because i read quite a number of the manga.
maybe the ones i'm looking forward to are
Bungo Stray Dogs (ongoing manga series 8 vol - to be made into anime)
Ajin (ongoing manga series 7vol - to be made into 3 part animated movie)
A silent voice (completed series 7 vol to be made into anime)
Boku Dake ga Inai Machi (ongoing manga series 6 vol - to be made into anime)
should really encourage more people to read psychological manga, it's really good.
i hope the animes and movie anime have good reception from the audience.
the list of animes that are slated to start next January make me happy.
will try to update again with AFA haul the next time because i will be super busy with work the next week.
^-^

small update
on AFA SG 2015
looks like this year would be a very competitive one for fanart.
not sure if i got my facts right, but there is most likely 100 booths at the Creators Hub this year.
maybe it will include the official merchandise shops but i'm not sure since they have not revealed the floor plan for AFA.
MUSE taiwan will also be there at AFA 2015.
i think the Creators Hub section is the grey area above where MUSE is on the map. on the top left side. must say, it's going to be quite huge. apparently the space to walk in between the tables are 3m wide. might be a bit crowded if it's the peak period.
these are some of the art doujin masters that i will be looking out for!
feel free to check them out and support them at AFA!
Disclaimer: This is not a paid advertisement! i just want to share my fave artists and their links here for my reference to future projects/merchandise they will be selling. i do not have any relation to them except that i'm a fan of their art and like to support their creative talents to the best of my financial ability at anime events that happen in my country.
some of them have tumblr too, but i'll just put their fb links here.
Keyade does very nice prints and i do look forward to purchase more~ i think her doujin group is Unheard and Unsound
i like Shion-chen's art too
another favourite of mine is Circus-Usagi, her art just screams kawaii because i really like this kind of chibi art style.
another group i like is Blaue Atelier it looks like i may buy some prints and keychains from them!
i also bought a few prints previously from cglas , his art is so cool.
Minoru art is adorable too, because gudetama... this silly egg (could possibly refer to Saitama as well)
my guesses for the top 3 anime/game to have the most fan art at AFA 2015
surprisingly some artist have added ten count in their merch
i've also bought quite a few of her charms before, Chuinny's art is very kawaii too!
one other artist is Soumeki
Secret Garden G4 have super cute badges and most probably get some from them!
purrballs have really cute kitty badges, great for all you cat lovers out there!!
twinrabbitsdesign have interesting merch too like name plate charms which are very unique, they do sell out quite fast, so if interested you must be quick.
on a side note, i think a new type of merchandise a few artists are making are acrylic stands
quite interesting!
i shall get some and put them at home.
that's about all the links i can find for now.
maybe more will be coming soon by next week!
in the mean time, counting down to AFA 2015 in the days to come and reading Apocalypse no Toride
zombie manga.
no work day is usually rainy day.
watched Our Times yesterday, pretty good movie.
