mr bright side

can i just say that the end of year is not really my favourite time of the year.

it's one thing to have holidays and another about working then.

news came late yesterday so it seems the night shift work will start today...

yikes! i'm never ever a night person and its in my habit to sleep early...

but i guess that recently i've been sleeping later like about 1am

but not much later than that.

what more 3am?

wonder how i will feel later...

the weather is not really nice as well, given its pouring yet again...

hoping that the schedule next month is done so i can at least plan something...

friends have been saying i lost weight since they last saw me...

yes, i have and its not good because of the (un)necessary stress i give myself or pressure i (think) i receive.

no one's to blame because it's all in my head.

no need any doctor to know i have a slight inclination to depression.

and i haven't gotten any better in reading the bible...

ever since i started working i guess i've been swarmed with the worldly things...

Ecclesiastes 5

19 Moreover, when God gives someone wealth and possessions, and the ability to enjoy them, to accept their lot and be happy in their toil—this is a gift of God. 20 They seldom reflect on the days of their life, because God keeps them occupied with gladness of heart.

I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.

The loss of a...

card.

It was just like any other day I was out with my friend for dinner.

So near home and yet such an incident could happen.

I really don't understand why I am careless like that at times.

It may not be a big deal if I had just lost a normal ez-link card.

Why did it have to be my student concession?

I just hope I can get it back soon.

And that with this, I learnt my lesson.

To have more pockets!!

Really man, yesterday was such a great time.
Even thought I wanted to blog about what I bought.

But then this incident happened and totally lost the mood.

I slept quite soundly but I woke up early like about 6.15am.

I shall not repeat my mistake again.

Maybe I will blog about the purchases another time.

A hint: Laserflair! haha.. ^o^ more hints: Anime~

been a super long time since I bought any anime stuff.

:P

And just another encounter that I had this week.

I went with a friend to visit our ex-classmate.

Just listening to them talking about politics and doing business in Singapore, I feel like I'm pampered alot.

It's like I haven't experienced what really is life, the Singapore Life.

Singapore life to me:

Fast-paced (work and shopping), SING-ful place (applies to me), sheltered life (safe)

Its like I stepped into the real, nitty gritty life when I visited my classmate.

Perhaps it is all different for each one of us.
But all of us have to grow up in the end, so it's not the end that matters but the journey in the middle.

rant

people change from time to time. sometimes they change and never return back to their old form, sometimes others change for awhile then back again to their old form.

i came across this news awhile ago, so just decided to mention.

the news is regarding this, R-Chord's wall
fb wall, that is.

well, what did i post yesterday about the song, Persona?
it's different now since the "bully" is a famous icon.

i must say, the article online may not have been from true sources so i can't say much.
maybe it was even true, his fb has been hacked.

if it has been hacked, to the person who thinks its fun to post things like that.
He/She doesn't know shame, plus they are sullying R-Chord and his reputation.
Please, we should all get a life outside; not behind the screen.

if it has been R-Chord himself who posted those things online.
i think my impression of him has been changed.
i even bought his cd previously.

though i never listened to it much.

and another case, Unhappiness over lost of Golden Melody award

we all get angry, disappointed, jealous when we work so hard for something and when we don't get the reward we think we should deserve. it's normal right?

and so in a fit of fury, young blood tends to use social media to blast out their frustrations.
but words said in anger are just like a dog's bark is worse than its bite.
its loud and sudden but goes away after awhile.
the only thing left is the ringing in the ears that may sit on some ears, more so for sensitive ears.

but for this case, i mean, the other party is much older and experienced in the music industry.
so to air his opinions on Liu Jia Chang (sunbae-nim) music, its abit ironic.
i mean, the older singers they produce songs for... the older community right?

so it will surely be out-dated in a sense to us, young guns.

i do applaud our sunbae for being magnanimous.
i learnt that from all the mandarin/korean shows with the peasants kow-towing to the king and saying how Magnanimous he is.

so we should also learn to be forgiving.

no idea why i'm doing this rant thing, guess i've got stuff on my mind...
and they are not about my tests

need to concentrate...

just a side note, there is a month more till A-Sketch Special gig!
can't wait for it~

need to do my best for LOMe test this friday!!
Hwaiting!
