when i read the Mind Your Body newspaper today, there was an column that caught my attention. it was titled, "Couch potatoes die younger".
From a 14 year study by the American Cancer Society (ACS) it was found that sitting down for 6 hours or more a day INCREASED the death rate by 40% in women and 20% in men.
The study found that people who sit a lot and exercise very little are at an even higher risk of death.
-o- omg.
i think i'm going to be one of those who die early. less suffering. ha-ha-ha.
(i'm not kidding on this. i'm not those sporty kind of people.)
perhaps i should stop all my activities on the PC and quit watching tv.
maybe i could go kite flying every Saturday too. that's counted as exercise right? :D
anyways, besides the serious note. i was just a little bored so i opened up Keyhole TV to see what i could watch from there and i found something!!
