the outdoor family-fun activity was presented by the act3 international.
i remembered that the act3 group came to perform skits when i was in primary school.
that was pretty good memories.
so here's what i took.
there were many kites in the sky already when we got there.
we reached there at 3.50pm.
there was a huge crowd around her. or was it a he?
i can't tell. i'm not sure.
the actual venue area had very little wind so the kites there couldn't take off.
we walked towards the other end instead and saw many smaller kites.
soon, a few expert kite fliers came to our side.
we could see the esplanade clearly. and next to it was the...
the floating platform
look at all the kites! they look like swarms of insects or something.
lol. kinda scary if they were real.
so, here are some close-ups of the different kites i took.
shark!
smiley-face
octopus~
a traditional japanese kite!
it was so cool. it was flown by a japanese expert.
and this was the cutest.
a kite that a little girl hand-made for the kite making competition.
ladybird!
i saw Matilda and a back-up band playing there.
she was looking at my direction.
with the good photos i have even better surprises in the night.
i found out that some people have put up SID new single!
^_^ sugoi ureshii desu!
i prefer this pv than the rain pv.
but anyhow, all their songs are awe-some!
i saw a recent picture of aki on his blog.
reminds me of xiao gui when i first looked at it.
but then on second look, it looked much nicer than his usual hairstyle.
i was not really liking his long curly hair.
but it made him look like a cute, huggable puppy.
i would so want to bring him home.
the picture of him with the dog.
kawaii~ is all i can say.
