consecutive posts!

this morning, i watched Resident Evil: Afterlife
yes, it was in the morning, from 9.10am- 10.50am...
i had no idea why i want to but i just watched it..

this are the 3 leads in the show: ali larter(Claire), wentworth miller(Chris) and milla jovovich(Alice)

comparing this final show to the previous ones in the RE series, this is just so-so for me.
yes, it gave  me the scares but when the action came, i expected it to be more explosive..
unfortunately, it wasn't much.. perhaps it was because it was supposed to be in 3D but i was watching the 2D version??

whatever the case, i feel like most of the other actors put in were like a waste of time.
seriously, the whole time the focus is on Alice and abit about Claire and Chris.
the parts i liked was when Claire and Alice fought with that huge thing.
in the show, they call the zombies as things. lol. the undead.

the thing i can't understand is why do zombies never eat their own people?
they only go looking for fresh uninfected ones... and like this the undead only grow more and more.
which is really lame, like the whole world is now owned by those things.

this ugly fella here is the new kind of undead in the show.
they couldn't get any worse right?
i mean, it's practically like ripping off Captain Davy Jones from the Pirates of the Carribean.
poor Captain, he has no heart.

i don't intend in making my blog look unglam with the ugly sight, so i found this instead.
he's cute here.
credits go to ruth tay
i found this on google image search. she did a great job drawing this. :)

so you can see the similarities of the 2 now?
but i think the undead is much uglier.

the boss isn't as terrifying as i thought.
because he looks the same as his octo-things.
the only difference is he doesn't die easily.
thank goodness for bombs. :)

i'm happy they used tokyo as part of their plot where the T-virus starts spreading.
and i wonder how mika nakashima felt to have starred in the first minute of the show.
i think she took her part well.
at least she still kept her looks in the show, unlike the rest of the undead.. they look terrible.

lastly, i thiink the music director was really brillant.
i want to become one too. make great music enough to scare the wits out of people.
just the music alone is able to give the chills. :)

right then, i will be off now!
don't let the zombies bite!
