yeterday, i had lunch at Shin-Sapporo Ramen @ Century Square outlet.
i enjoyed it pretty much..

very nice, powder matcha!
unlike Ajisen which uses the tea bag, but they give free refills so it's still good.
i ordered the classic ramen.

but they are more delicious not bland...
the soup is very flavourful.. not the strong taste that hits you..
light and subtle taste...
and just like the ramen served in Tanpopo.
original ramen from Japan, it comes with bamboo shoots which Ajisen does not have.
because Ajisen is made to suit the palate of Singaporeans.
i was abit overwhelmed with the bamboo shoot taste when i first tried it at Tanpopo.
but i managed to finish it at Shin-Sapporo. :)
overall i enjoyed my lunch yesterday!! :D
hoping that i can go to Dessert Hut next to eat Mango Sago soon!
