i went for a dinner yesterday.
it was to celebrate my mother's uncle's birthday combined with his wife.
he was celebrating a hundred years and his wife was 91 years.
really amazing that they can live till this age.
it was a seafood dinner set.
i saw the cable cars lit up when i was walking to the resstaurant from the carpark.
so nice!!

shark fin soup! |
there was fish too..
didn't take a photo of that.
note that there was no rice served.
for birthdays, in the Chinese tradition noodles represent long life.
they served noodles as the last dish before the dessert!

mushroom and veg |
there was prawns after this mushrooms..
lots of prawns.. couldn't finish..
![]() |
scallops and asparaguus |
lucky they cooked soft enough to chew...
next came the King!

chilli crab! |
they used mud crab which was smaller in size...
but its ok, they had 3 crabs...
the chilli is abit too spicy for me...
but i think it was cooked quite well.
after the crab was the stir fry noodles.. hong kong styled..
the dessert was next!
