stgcc 2011 (part I)

i will start on my re-cap of stgcc 2011 now!

let's begin...

i went to the event on Sunday... left home at 3pm...
why we (me and J) went there later than we could was because of cosplay.
the competition only started at 5pm so we figured reaching there an hour before was sufficient.

right...
so on with the boring details, dropped off at City hall and walked a pretty long way to Suntec
even though the map says its 0.8km~ it doesn't feel like it.
when we walked nearer to city link passage way, it occured to me that we should have taken the circle line to esplanade. >.<

so we reached there at about i think 4.15? around there...
i didn't take any photos of the cosplayers at the atrium below the Halls..
but i saw this on xinmsn & think its good to put the link here...

i saw a group cosplaying as Bleach characters, ciel from kuroshitsuji (but ciel is dressed as a girl), vampire knights, D Grayman, and others which i don't know what anime they are from but look cool!
oh yes, there was a kamen rider too!! :D reminds me of yuya! haha...

the moment we got in, it was like being transported to another world.
sort of... :D

i think we were kinda rushed and didn't get to take a copy of the brochure which would have helped us locate the stalls and the schedule of events that were happening...
we only took it after we were leaving the hall... :( lol.. kinda too late then...

so we just followed where the crowd was going or just whatever that caught our eye...

i only took one photo of the stall deco which was the Hot Toys booth...

i think these were the litttle bobblehead toys... many different characters from movies, rock bands, cartoons... all these were from the Western side...

i spotted the tokidoki booth and brought J there to see the cute stuff!

next to tokidoki was To-Fu booth!!! another cutie stuff, many people were crowding around there...
there were glommy bears on sale too!!! just so adorable! and the pink bears were snapped up so quickly...
